This 14,000 square foot a tenant buildout and interior design for a prominent North Shore accounting firm fully reflects the corporate image, which the client wished to project. Construction was completed ahead of schedule and under budget despite being appointed with Mahogany woods and a simulated, highly durable wall finish reminiscent of Granite, yet at a fraction of the cost.

The commission for this project was secured and designed by Roman Schlaeger while managing principal at Schlaeger-Taniguchi Architects which subsequently became STR Partners Ltd.
